    I don't have a budget at the moment, but I have received offers one of which for $100 which is acceptable. But if you want a template for a price, provide me specifics of what you can do with $250.

    So just let me know a price please.

    To clarify I need you to be able to set up a proxy that:
    • Has a high amount of traffic
    • SEO Optimized
    • Can earn from adsense easily (while complying with the adsense TOS)

    I will provide the hosting and the domain for this proxy site (you should suggest a suitable name if it matters).

    I have decided to open this position again.
    Anyone with experience in developing proxy sites contact me.
    I need the proxy to earn at least $5 per day if possible.

    I now have a design (uncoded), domain name and hosting. - see signature for site.

    The budget is $210.
    If I decide to 'take you on' throughout the project you must keep a track of the money you are spending.
