I don't know, but I imagine there are others like me who like to set their accounts to auto-subscribe to any thread I post in... However, when posting more often, this causes a jam up of threads I don't want to follow, like quick answers to newbie questions, random off topic stuff, etc... It would be really nice to be able to just checkbox them right from the main dashboard and confirm deleting the ones we don't want to follow anymore. I never seem to find myself that one click further to the full view to sort them... Dunno maybe if it's something really easy you can throw it on there. If not no big deal I'll get in there sometime I guess.
Nice suggestion xInd. I've been quite tired with all the sudden pile of threads from way back in which noobs just resurrect them with one liner non sense post. Anyway, it would really be much easier if you could bulk subscription removal. A tickbox like the suggestion above would really make it easier to unsubscribe rather than clicking the unsubscription link one by one.
lol... thanks Shawn... How about this instead... I saw on some site I forget which right now.... but where the menu items are up at the top of the page... There was a little tab with a plus sign, and I was like what the heck? so I clicked it... and it's a make your own custom link button.. and it saves the information, maybe in a cookie, or in your profile probably... with that link there... So maybe members could have a spot or two on the menu added after the existing tabs... that they could set a URL and text for.... Then stuff like that, and anything future similar requests.... anything at all.. like I wanna button to check my itrader history... Or my section in my group... or whatever other url vbulletin query strings we can enter to do something neat.... stuck up top where each person wants what they use....? Some sort of user customizable widget? possible?
I think you just described a bookmark. You *do* use a web browser, don't you? And if so, it has bookmarks, right?
lol. I didn't knew it was there all along! Guess I wasn't poking around the settings area much. XD Silly me.
