setting up proxy site

    Hi,

    I want to setup a proxy site, any guide, I will setup phproxy and use this template : http://www.freeproxytemplates.com/phproxy-template-8/

    I have tried uploading this template but it displays differently even I already changed config.php. Any help? Do I need to download still phproxy? But I think in templates it is already coded right?
