    Hey guys,

How do I setup POP emails in microsoft outlook

I have many emails and would like to set them all up.

I have my mail severs set to: mail.abc123.com

    email address:

logon info: Do i use my Cpanel login info? or the username is my email address and password is the one i setup when making email address?

when i test it says: send test message - failed.
the server was found but their was no response
    - all other tasks worked

    thanks in advance

You may want to hold off on the accounts you add to Outlook or at least only add those emails that are for READING only. Most ISP's block Outlook from sending as it can be set to autosend and can bulk send spam.

    thanks,

    So it cant be setup?

How else can I read/send emails from all my accounts. It's a pain loggin in and out all day.

I have all emails forwarded to 1 account to check emails. But if i want to reply i have to logout and login to different account.

I don't think Outlook can be set up the way you want. Outlook Express is probably your best option but I dunno if that's still available. It used to come as standard with a computer fitted with Windows.

Sorry, but mcfox has given you wrong information...you can easily set up your emails in Outlook. I don't know why you think most ISPs block Outlook from sending emails...that's not true at all. Outlook is the most popular email client.

In cPanel go to Email accounts

Next to your email account, click the "configure Outlook" link. This shows you exactly what you need to set it up.

Generally your login details will be *username*+domain.com

If you need more help just post back.
