Setting up my own program: Script recommendations?

I have a few different sites that I would like to set up affiliate programs for, but I don't know what script to use. I would like one that has the following features:
    • Multiple tiers
    • PPC, PPS, or PPL (some sites will have different requirements)
    • Creates an SEO friendly link (ie, mysite.com/product.php, not mysite.com/product.php?affid=65432165)
    • Very user friendly (I'm a noob if its not obvious)
    • Excellent support (see previous requirement)
    • And other features I'm obviously omitting through ignorance (because this list seem too short)

I am an affiliate of a site and they use idevaffiliate script, it does all the things you are looking for except the SEO friendly URLs.

Check HotScripts for more affiliate scripts.

I *think* JAM might do these...I'm not 100% sure though, its free till you attract 250 affiliates so gives you plenty of time to test and see, I actually just wrote a little about them the other day My thoughts on JAM

They do have the option to use SEF links for affiliates. You might want to check them out..I mean they're free to test.

I don't recommend you just "give it a try" and then when you decide it's not for you when you hit 250 affiliates, go change and upset those existing affiliates. Do your homework first.

There's a few with "no ?" url link support. This is one of the latest trends in affiliate tracking systems.

JAM kind of supports natural links with it's "affiliate link protector" feature where they create a small file for you which you put on your site under yor own link, which then redirects via the usual aff. link. They also support a subdomain link like http://affiliate.subdomain.com which at least doesn't have the ?'s or affiliate ids obvious in the link.

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hello,

JAM does support Search Engine Friendly links, such as:

    http://www.domain.com/affiliates/id/1000

It's also good to at least be able to try it, and make sure it does all the things that you need it to.

Sometimes, when you purchase a script, and it doesn't do have your necessary requirements, it can be a bit hard on your pocket as you've already shelled out the money for that script.

Being able to test it out first before buying has always been a tried and true way of marketing software, that's why trialware and shareware products are so popular.
