    Hi All

I am wanting to make several website for myself, but dont want to tie myself to a web designer every time I do so.

Here is what I am doing:

    1. Visiting Templatemonster.com- and buying a wordpress website template and opting for install via templatetuning.com who can upload the template etc

    2. I have purchased £4.99 a month hosting package with 123-reg under my account which has all my domain names....

    Questions:

    1. When temlatetuning.com upload the template will they just access my 123-reg account and upload to hosting site?
    2. As I am using a Wordpress site, will I need to put Wordpress on my hosting or where does this go - do I need to buy a WP?

I have used WP before but have totally no idea about where there things "live" online

    Thanks
    Rob

    1) The guys will need the following:
    - Wordpress Admin Details (so they could upload the template and set it up)
    - FTP details (just in case if they the require to change any of the filer permissions etc)

    2) WordPress is a fee CMS available from Wordpress.org. It has a famous 5 minute installation that can be very easy to do.
If you any problems, do let me know

If your host has cPanel, then you probably have WordPress ready to install with a few mouse clicks.

Don't forget to change these as soon as they're done.

TYPO :D Should read FREE :)

If your hosting has Fantastico, you can use that to install WordPress without having to FTP WordPress files yourself.

Wordpress is free. You can even tell the hosting to install it. So this is free.
Now wordrpress has a lot of free templates ( see videowhisper link ). The installation of the any template is made in about 2 clicks and 10 seconds. So also free.

My point: you can skip purchasing templates and spending money to be install via templatemonster/templatetuning
