I am just starting out developing websites for clients. I have a client at the moment who isnt very computer literate. Is there a way to set up a hosting account for them so all they need to do is enter their payment details?

How do you guys handle this aspect?

    Cheers

Ideally, you get them on the phone and have them give you their credit card info as you key it into host's setup.

I wouldn't take on the hosting/billing aspect unless necessary. Otherwise you could walk them through the setup over the phone, or via IM if possible.

Yea you running the entire website might be best and then using old snail mail for billing. Especially good idea to use regular mail or phone if they don't even have an email address.

When dealing with this kind of client, all you need to do is ask for their personal info such as name, address, email.
Then you use the given info to setup hosting account.
After that sent them the payment link to ask them pay.

Yes, you just need to collect personal information of your client's and provide them bills via payment link, invoice, snail mail etc..... Modern bill & WHMCS are good choices for your above requirements.
