Setting up CoOp on my Blog - Please Help

    Hello All,

    I am trying to set up COOP on my new SEO Marketing Blog. I've put the code in the footer at the end of the page. But it is giving some error like this:
    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /www/websited.net/k/a/s/kash2000/htdocs/ad_network_421.php on line 21
