    It is using uniquefier plugin ? Any way if you use a plugin to cheat the search engines you could get banned or any way you won't receive traffic.

    The fact is: my demo site run from 2006 and most of the time on page 1 of Google SERP, its on #5-10 for domain keyword and on #1 and #2 for keywords mentioned on the Title tag. It's have more than 2000 pages indexed by Google, so obviously it's not banned by Google, even after panda update!
    As per for traffic, my autoblogs shall be treated as same as regular blogs, it's need SEO and traffic generation effort.
