Setting up another paypal account

I want to set up another paypal account, do i need to use a fake address or what way does it work?

 

i believe you can only have 1 paypal account due to it recognizing your IP address.

Yeah, I think the rule is you can have 1 personal account and 1 business account.

 

You are allowed to have 1 personal and 1 premier/business account on same name.
Even if you need the account on some relatives name then I dont see the need of using fake address cos paypal will send the check to this address. I dont get the point of using fake address while dealing with $$.

Also, you need different email addresses to register different accounts.

 

Well, I know that you can have multiple paypal accounts with the same IP... Just not same name and all that.

 

Could you tell me why Paypal is so difficult to deal with ?

Well, there are people who face problems because they do not comply with the terms of the contract they signed up with Paypal.

Using fake details would be a breach of contract and grounds for being limited or terminated.

 

Paypal allows 1 personal account and 1 premier/business account
Do use your correct information so that if anytime these paypal kids limits your account so you can get your account unlimited again by providing the proof of your address

Yes, if the two accounts are Personal and a Premier account, you can use exactly the same name, address and contact but different email address and different credit card/bank account to verify.

If the account is a business account, the contact name would be the same but you can add your registered business name to it.

Well, basically some people want to be able to separate their business account from their personal account.

In accordance to the Paypal's terms and your contractual agreement, you are not allowed to use your personal account to sell anything or collect money.

Of course, there is nothing wrong of getting a single premier account for all your activities.

According to the Prohibited list of activities, such would be deemed illegal. But of course there is no stopping people here from doing it and getting their accounts limited.
