Hi guys, I,m sorry but I just can't find this information anywhere online which probably means not many people have this problem.Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to set up an autoresponder with for example imnica but am not sure I know how the autoresponder set up works. Could you please tell me if this process is correct. 1) I create a folder/subdomain, i'm not sure which one under the new files icon in my hostgator control panel? 2) I create an account with imnica, and they then give me an imnica URL to forward sign ins from my site(i assume)? 3) When people sign in to my sign in box on my site, i direct them to the imnica URL that they presumably provided me (above)? 4) I type my folder/subdomain from figure 1 above into the imnica redirect URL box when setting up my details? So basically if I understand this correctly, people will sign in on my site, then I will direct them to imnica, that will then send them back to the folder/subdomain I created in my Hostgator control panel?. If you are with imnica try their helpdesk and ask questions there.. If you are new to this try with a free autoresponder like listwire so you can see how autoresponders work..

I have read a lot of threads on many different IM forums that say that one of the easiest way for a beginner to shoot themselves in the foot is by using a free autoresponder. You may want to do a search here on DP regarding that subject. Good luck to you.
