Anyone here who can help me a little bit with advertising my site on Adwords? I am figuring out how to get this all started, if anyone with experience could help me out that'd be great.

I want to launch a campaign, but have no idea where to get started and such, as picking keywords, and what not to pick, and what not.

Can anyone help me out? :)

    Regards~

There is a getting-started tutorial, inside your Google AdWords account.

I recommend you spend 1-2 hours, at least, before setting up your campaign. It will save you for a lot of trouble ahead.

I'm pretty sure this should be in the buy/sell forum as the sticky in this forum suggests.

I wasn't looking for some paid work though lol, I was looking for some basic help. :)

I see a guy who's doing advertising and I wanted to mimic his advertisement on Adwords.

AdWords is a learning experience and you'll go through a lot of trials and errors trying to get the (right) hang of it.
Certainly Google offers help, but it's well worthwhile spending a few cents (and NOT a lot of dollars) by seeing what guidance Perry Marshall can -- and will -- give you. Try his website at http://www.perrymarshall.com/ -- and no, I'm not an affiliate of his, just someone who's learned a great deal from him and ended up with an ad that certainly works.
