I am curious what the best script or piece of software that would be good for setting up a site similar to youtube in how you can upload videos, get video comments and user registrations and such, but that is only going to be for 1 person rather than allowing anyone to upload? Im sure I could setup ostube or clip-share and just not allow anyone other than one person to upload stuff. But i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on better content management script, like would joomla or something have mods that would accomplish what I am looking for...
