Setting up a paypal account

Hello all,
I live in Lebanon and lebanon is not a supported country by paypal..i know i can sign up from a fake destination and use vcc but as soon as i do so and send a couple of payments , it gets limited and i get f*cked up
i want to start a clean account that wont get limited and incase it gets limited, i want to be to unlimit it
what are the ways?usa bank account?i dont know please guys give me all info

 

i guess no help as your country is not supported you better look other payments like alert pay , money bookers

mate i think you can create a fake one , but you must be careful
not to login in your account more than 2-3 time a day
not to transfer or receive +$250
verify it using a vcc , and use a dedicated IP address to sign up and use it for ever

I do not think it would be possible mate! As the login IP would be different paypal will catch you and soon limit your account.

 

You should look for other options that you can use for online currency that is available in your area. Although paypal is one of the best, i think your option is not limited to paypal alone.
