Setting the budget on google Adwords

Right, I'm new to adwords and have set up all my keywords and it's been going along at fairly slow rate regarding the clicks etc.

So, I have a nice website which I know is good for SEO but I just need to know that if I set my monthly budget as £30, will I get a £30 bill through this month even though at the bottom right of Adwords I have "£2.24" (for the total amount of clicks & impressions)

I realize that when I signed up I was able to set a preference for either £30 for a month for some other method *or* I set that I pay for the amount of clicks I get.

Because I'm only receiving little clicks (35,901 impressions, 13 clicks) & this has cost me a small sum of £2.24 I'm willing to up my budget from 30 to 60 a month, however I don't want to have a £60 bill through my door even though I have only £15 or so worth of CPC's/impressions.

The other query, is a member stated that you could do a report for where your ads are showing up on what website, so I'd benefit from that if I find out it's being shown in the wrong places. However, I am using the 'starter' edition so it may not have this feature.

    Thank you.

You won't be billed 30 pounds if your total clicks cost only 15 pounds for the month.Budget is maximum amount you are willing to spend. If your clicks reach that much amount, the ad will stop showing because it has reached budget.
