Setting Specific Sites to Advertise On

Hi,
I would like to create a new campaign and was wondering how I set a specific site to display my ads on? I have their web site URL but do not see a place on the set up page to add it.

When you start a new campaign, under Networks and Devices choose Networks> Let me choose >Display Network > Relevant pages only on the placements...that I manage > Save and continue.
On the next page you add your ad and your placements

 

I agree, it's not really clear how much you've done it a couple times. They should really put the site placement button and a better spot.
