Hi, Sometime we need to setting homepage only link on our wordpress site. We can easy to do this with plugin "Widget Context". Get it for free at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-context/ Just install it, and use text widget to place your link and set it to show only at front page/homepage only. Generally this plugin can use for: Show or hide widgets on specific posts, pages or sections of your site. "Widget Context allows you to show or hide widgets on certain sections of your site — front page, posts, pages, archives, search, etc. It also features section targeting by URLs (with wildcard support) for maximum flexibility." Another way is using http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/exec-php/ but you need additional php there..widget context is more simple.
