Does anyone duplicate their campaigns and set them up for different countries or territories?

Just wondering if anyone has tested this or not and whether it is even worth it?

We advertise in all countries so I was curious.

I've always done it that way - nearly identical campaigns divided up into 3 or more areas.
I find it allows me to budget more accurately - and the nearlyi dentical bit is key - I tweak the wording of the ads a bit "in the U.K." "in Europe" "ship Worldwide" etc - tweak the keywords, take adgroups out of regions where that bit of the business is either too competitive or too dormant.

Even local state specific campaigns are good to track ROI as income level of people are different in same country
