Setting blog to "nofollow" or "dofollow"

How do I change the settings of my blog to either "dofollow" or "nofollow"

I used this plugin to set to dofollow - http://www.semiologic.com/software/dofollow/

 

You can try doing this:
Admin/Plugins/Add New/in the search form, type in "do follow" install the one which is created by Denis de Bernardy
