Setting a Licence Fee ?

Suggestions sought on how to calculate a Licence Fee for an eBook I would offer to complementary businesses as a 'give away' promotion.
I would anticipate offering three, six and twelve month Licences. For the Licence Fee they could give away as many copies as they like during the Licence period (but not sell).

The eBook is a directory of European museums/galleries and includes info. on temporary exhibits. Single copy price is $us 9·95

    Thanks,

    .
Seventy people have viewed this post.

I must say, with respect, I am puzzled that no one had any thoughts on this question.

I developed a rough calculation based on site-licencing prices of shareware with similar single-copy prices - and some eBook prices. Not exactly scientific, but it was a basis on which to work.

I think you can refer to your competitiors who also sell the ebooks.
The competition is fierce so you must have competitors .
In this way you can know both yourself and your competitors better.
