    * 175,000 monthly impressions
    * ads served through local openx ad server

    Depending on bid amount you may get every impression but not less than a 1 in 3 rotation.

    Just use common sense, if you think you are bidding too low you probably are. As stated I may refuse, or I may offer just a slot in rotation...or I may offer a less valuable spot such as the bottom 468x15.
