I just wrote up a post related to post frequency and effect of high/low post frequency on visitors rate.

Nice article. I've often wondered the same thing. Some days I just have so much too post, I wonder if I should post it all or space it out between days.

 

1 Article/day with user useful rather than 10 useless articles/day

Depends on the blog thread etc. 1 post a week might be more then enough and 1 post per hor might not enough. I think that it need individual approach

Seriously, quantity of post does not go in proportion of visitors rate. Some blogs is holding tight to their high blog posting frequency because they have no confident in the contents they produce.

Posting frequently is definitely an attraction of a blog but it is not essential in building a brand for your name and your blog. What you post determines the knowledge in a niche and sometimes, posting too frequent will tarnish the quality of your contents.
