Set up phpbb

    I hope this is the best place to post this. Basically, I just need some help setting up some open source scripts. The first thing I'm doing is setting up a very basic phpbb on one of my domains. I hate to admit it, but for whatever reason, things just aren't going well for me on this one, lol. I've been doing other things too long I think.

    Okay, first of all, I set up phpbb with Fantastico. Yes, I know that people say to do it manually, but I was trying to get it done asap. Didn't work out too well, so I'm here.

    It seemed to install fine, but I can't figure out how to set up the actual forums and I haven't even begun to look at editing out some of the elements and putting in my own logos.

    Can anybody help me with this? I have a bunch of similar projects that I am going to want done as well.
