Set total sum to spend and not get charged over it

How can I specify for example that after $100 are taken from my credit card for Google to pause my campaigns until I manually start them again? Basically, how can I automatically stop being charged after a certain amount is spent by AdWords. I already set my daily budget, but I also want to set a limit so that I do not keep getting charged my daily budget forever.

As far as I know there is no automated way fo doing this - you just have to keep an eye on your daily spends. Suspect Google do this deliberately so users will go over budget.

Haha. I think so too. They want all of our money until we are left with nothing. I heard of a few cases where people did not even set daily budget limits properly or had too many campaigns with different budgets and the next day when they woke up, they got charged over $1,000. I could just imagine the expression on their faces. Priceless. :)

Just put your daily budget at $10.
After 10 days stop your campain.

Google never go over my daily budget or if they do, it is almost nothing higher than the amount I set.
It is our responsibility to set the daily budget we want to spend and Google has no responsibility if we dont know how to set our campaigns.

Also you can set scheduling your ad delivery. This will pause your ads to be not show on days or times you select not to.

I believe you can set your daily spend but need to track your account manually to stop your ad once your money is spent.

Set your daily spend to be what you want. If you set a daily spend at $25, then Google will not exceed that in a day. it should be very simple

Look for something to turn on called Budget optimizer when setting up a campaign, then you give it a monthly budget and it adjusts spends accordingly, for existing campaigns the option should be in the settings, If you need more adwords help PM me, I might learn a thing or two. There is also a way to set 'daily budget'
