Set Me Up A Working Exit Pop Up for Wordpress

I need someone to set me up an exit pop up for Wordpress. It must work for Wordpress 2.6.2. I have a blog which I want to install the exit pop up script to.
A sample of exit pop up is on http://www.getvitalacai.com/
When you click exit or back there's a pop up button asking " bla bla bla" with two button "OK" and "CANCEL"

If the users hit cancel they will be redirected to another page, if they hit OK they will continue the action that they took (back or close etc).

I am using Vertical Themes http://www.freewpthemes.net/preview/vertical

I want the exit pop up to be applied sitewide not just on particular post or page.
