Servint is so slow...

    I had signed up a vps plan with them around 3 days ago and my account is not up yet.Anyone experienced this with this company?

    I actually didnt received the payment instructions and after a day i emailed them,they reply back after 16 hours telling me to directly transfer to their paypal account and after over 24 hours,i didnt heard any news form them..

    Maybe you like to wait for a while more. You will not regret with their support team, they are people who know what they are doing.

    This is slight billing issue only. It takes quite a while for them to activate my account last time too :)

    Maybe this is there way of verifying you as well as a customer? They might think that hackers / spammers don't want to wait and will go somewhere else?
