I am looking for BIDS on a automated CMS template layout, with 5-6 pre built pages... using 2-3 mysql db's and includes SECURE form mail page. Should be bright and cheerful, but easy on the eyes and work for all browsers and display sizes. Must be expandable to include more pages and db's as needed for future features and usable on various domains. (I expect *sole* ownership/license) this site is a BASIC example of what I am seeking. *important* needs interchangable front page, general content, articles, forums, db feeds, news, downloads, etc. I PREFER (but not require) someone u.s. based so we can communicate by phone about design changes and such. Upon a agreeable price I am ready to go.
