    What is the Yes/No option at the bottom of the "Other" section in the services screen? Is that a defineable field or is it tied to something else?

    It is a definable field, which can be defined under Maintenance & Preferences -> General Preferences -> Definable Fields

    So it is "Services Title 5" and is just a yes/no field rather than a text field?
