    As the title reads, I'm a freelance developer offering all of the above services mentioned. I'm based out of California, USA, and I've been in the game for 5 years now. I'm available immediately for any size project, big or small, and contract-based projects are fine with me.

    I pay for services on December 2009 and still without any refund, only promises and no actions, now he stop answering me, very bad communication skills, scammer, a kid...
