    You get a full time worker at your service. What you get for $600 of your money -

    1. 1 Dedicated FULL TIME worker with excellent command over English and willingness to learn new things.

    2. Work timings would be 7 hrs a day, 5 days a week

    3. He would be available on IM - any time (depending on your preference)

    4. Payments via PP - 50% upfront if your itrader is lower than mine, if higher, weekly payouts are fine.
