If this was real, he won't PM, he would offer it publicly and receive orders from lots of banned people.

 

The English in the PM is enough to show foul play. Someone with English like that probably won't be able to write a good reinstatement letter. I also feel like the "32" days has something to do with chargebacks. Hilarious what people will do these days.
