Service wanted to improve my blog's PR

    My literary blog is currently PR2. I've done minimal marketing and write for users not SEO. I see a lot of services here for backlink building but not purely for raising Page Rank.

    My budget is under $30 per month and must be white hat. Please PM me with offers.

    Hello,

    For $30 a month i could do:

    - two uniques articles creation monthly and distribute it to hundreds articles directories.
    - Submission to web directories month by month.
    - Social bookmarking submission
    - Blog commenting service.

    well your pr is low because you don't have a lot of posts on your blog. I would just suggest you to get a blogger or just jump start your blog by posting some high quality articles for article directories..
