Buying Service to do layout customization [URGENT]

I would like to set the default Sommerce homepage layout like this site http://www.reddogthestore.com/
You can see the default layout of Sommerce here.
If it's too hard to be done by newbie like me, is there any services from you guys to set Sommerce homepage as site as I told? A service to customize the theme. Any help would be great appreciated, just PM me.
