    Hello,
Indian paypal users cannot send money to other paypal users without linking a credit card or an International Debit card..so is there any service from India that accepts payment via bank account and send money to third party via paypal?..

    Regards,
    Hashif

Your seller always have other option than PayPal so your buyers too.
What you are talking about is Payment Gateway like Billdesk etc(for your country).

For Indians there is RBI regulations and they will not allow to send money using paypal..only option available now is transfering money to bankaccount unless a creditcard is linked with paypal..:)

This option is valid in US only so far I know.
But it is not valid for India, and I know it for sure.

    hi,

where can I add a post? I have urgent question.

    -------------------
    Hi,

I have concerns with my paypal account. Why is that on September 01, 2012; when I received payment from my client I get minus $20. I can see from transaction history that he is paying me $500 but when I check my balance I can now see $480? do you know why is that happening? I received payment again on October 01, 2012; and my balance is $480 instead of $500. I was receiving $500 before from the month of March until August.

    Hope to here you soon.

    Thanks,
    -Paul
