Service needed, but moved into freebies

I was asking for a service and I offered $1 as payment (to write a few descriptions for my forum threads). The thing is that I got a warning and my post was moved into the free stuff area.

This is not something I offer or ask for, for free. I understand that if I sell something and it is under $5 I have to post there, but if you move a work offer into freebies... who is searching for jobs there?

I don`t think that moving my post into the freebies area is a good thing... nobody will do what I need if my post is into the freebies area..

What do you think people?

 

If you're buying or selling something for $5 or less, it belongs in the Freebies forum. One of the reasons is to prevent people from exchanging "worthless" itraders on products or services that have little monetary value. Your one dollar ($1) offer is for a service, so it belongs in Freebies.

 

Any buying/selling that has value LESS than $5 were supposed to being freebies forum.
Its the new rule. Lucky you didn't get a ban.

 

Your perfectly right. I wasn`t thinking that way, BUT I should be able to post in the services area and when someone clicks on the title of the post will be redirected into the freebies area where my post is. This could be a solution, but I don`t think it will be implemented..

 

Yes since it is under 5.00 then it goes in the freebies regardless what it is , like TikTok said it is to prevent exchanging itraders for that little amount.

There are people in the bst area that have gotten 100,s of itraders for 1.00 offers before it got moved to freebies.
