I can help you to get your money back from your blocked egold acc to another your egold acc(unblocked or you can create a new one)

My fee for this service is 15%(exclude egold fee), example if you have $100 in your blocked egold acc and you want to spend it to another acc, you will get $85 in your egold acc (unblocked or create a new one)

Any minimal limit, I know how it works and stuff I think I got an acc with $10 in it let me check.

 

No minimum limit. For $10 in your egold, you will get $9 egold in the another account. PM me you, please check it.

 

PM me if you can do the same for Paypal.

 

Sorry, Paypal cant, if your paypal was limited, the only resolution is you must provide scan id and utility bill to paypal.
