I am looking for someone to manage the process of removing unnatural links. We have removed most of them and have already been successfully reconsidered by Google. But before we get a second penalty, we wish to clean up a few backlinks. Examples of backlinks would be complete removal of spammy blogs. I have a list and would only want those to be removed. I have used the Disavow tool for the Bad Spammy links that I was unable to remove Manually. But that can't be the ultimate Solution and I don't trust G to consider that completely. You still need to put effort in removing those ugly spammy links that would otherwise haunt you in a future update...
Google understands as well as anybody that you can't force another site to remove or add anything. This is why the disavow tool was added. Anyway, good luck.
