I am considering developing a website for local services (landscapers, dog walkers, etc.) using the model of the freelancers sites, like ifreelance.com and the like. Would you recommend locating a programmer to start from scratch, or purchasing an off-the-shelf product like radlance and having the programmer modify that? Thanks!
