with these having limits on the bandwidth... what happens to the vps once the bandwidth is finished?? does it get suspended? or can we continue to operate at lower speeds? r there any unlimited plans?
Hi Bandwidth needs to be kept within the set amount and would be suspended if it goes over, extra bandwidth can be purchased for a cost per month. We don't operate we unlimited deals.
"Suspended! This Virtual Server has been Suspended. All functions in this control panel have been disabled. Please contact support." is this a usual message to get when we finish our allocate bandwidth??
Hi Yes it is, once bandwidth is reached the vps is suspended which in all fairness benefits both you the customer and us as a company to avoid any over usage that could result in non payment and hefty bills. We have no support ticket from you regarding this problem, otherwise we would of happily helped with options open to you etc.
i was going to. but then i thought i will just wait till the 1st of the month which is only a day away.. so i will just wait.. what time are these servers on.. ie when does the bandwidth role over?
Hi Please submit a ticket or pm me your ip address and will unsuspend the vps as theres only a days difference. Usually suspention due to bandwidth is done automatically.
