A couple of questions if you don't mind. Firstly, I have had a vps for less than a year and already they seem to have had problems and I get strange emails about the business being under new management and then not. My question is, since you seem so new, have you done this before and had to quit and start again? I am looking for a long term solution for my domains and don't want to be changing providers every year. Secondly, I have used LXadmin before but don't know much else. Is there a domain / server manager that you recommend? (I am pretty sure I can install whichever, just looking for a recommendation. Finally, just to clarify, both the plans are exactly the same price, $10? because obviously if that is the case, noone who has any concept of common sense will take the first package. Thanks
Hi Sorry to hear you have been having problems with your current or previous provider. ServerWOW started roughly two months ago, we are new to offering these solutions and have not been in the market before, my work background before this involved working for a non web hosting based company but involved a datacentre environment with servers based on Windows and Unix. My work also included installation of servers and settting up computers for staff. I can confirm both packages are $10.00 each. I would recommend DirectAdmin, It is a cheaper option compaired to cPanel but is incredibly basic. ServerWOW Operates with myself and two other members of Staff, Pete and Mark.
As far as I am aware I can install LXAdmin for free myself using SSH. At least that's what I did on my last VPS. Is there something in your setup that would prevent me from doing this? Thanks.
