    Why are you selling this site?
    I don't have the time to continue this project even though I customized the script myself a lot to be unique from the other ones out there.

    How is it monetized?
    It can be monetized either with ads either with automatic payments from people who want their websites listed at the top

    no

    How much time does this site take to run?
    not much at all

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    the challenge would be to start posting it on a lot of forums and getting traffic to it, it already has some members and listings on it
