Hi I am a former customer of serverpronto. Over a month ago I cancelled my dedicated server via fax to serverpronto. I asked for a confirmation if they received my cancellation or not. They answered that they received it and that my server should be terminated in 30 days. Last sunday I noticed that serverpronto charged me for another 3 months! I contacted their support and asked what they were doing and I also claimed that I wanted my money back! After a couple of days they sent a mail were they said that I was going to be refunded. Now, over a week after I received that mail I still hasn't been refunded. I think a week is too long time to wait. And now Serverpronto doesnt even answer to my mails when I asked them for my money! Does anyone of you know how long time it normally should take to be refunded in a case like this? I will warn everyone for Serverpronto. Their servers seems to be of very bad quality too ...
