Serverplace vs. Lunarpages

I've been searching Hosts for my site(new), its my first site so I dont even have any traffic yet but I'm trying to avoid headaches in the future.

I've decided its between ServerPlace and Lunarpages, I wanted to know if anybody has used either of these guys and has any input?

    Thanks

I do pretty much work on an account that uses lunarpages. It's not my account but I have full access to it.

They seem to like to keep their servers locked down a bit more than other hosts, though, which has advantages and disadvantages to the user.

We just moved to a new server because we needed a newer version of mysql for a script to run and they moved us very quickly without a fee. Their tech support seems very responsive.

I don't know anything about serverplace but lunarpages is good.

Didn't hear of ServerPlace before, But Lunar has been around for a few years and there are both positive and negative reviews about them

Agree, I have never tried any of those either but LunarPages comes from a background of free hosting back in early Y2K, but it's more likely they were around even befor, and probably knowing enough of this business.

I'd suggest you to take a look at the Hostgator $10/mo shared plan. They have good reputatation about their support, performance and overall identity.

You can try them for 30 days using the coupon code found HERE. You can also read reviews left by many DP users HERE.

Yep, you can add addons domains but hostgator is recommended for medium traffic sites only..:)
