Hey guys, I am having a major problem, about 3 days ago I was able to send emails to pretty much any person I want from my private email address on my server. Now when I go to send an email it does not even make it into the inbox of the any AOL or Hotmail account and barely makes it into the SPAM folder on a Yahoo account. Does anyone have any idea where to start trouble shooting this problem? Thank you
Please read this articles PTR, FQrDNS, SPF ans check here http://www.magic-net.nl/dns-lookup.php if you have all of records above.
Sounds like your IP address may be blacklisted. There are many online RBL checks, give this one a shot: http://www.anti-abuse.org/multi-rbl-check/ Just plug in your IP address. Chris
Thanks guys! I have the ISP setting up my rDNS on all my IPs, that seems to be the fix from what I have read.
if you have shared web hosting account you are more likely to get your emails to another mailboxes to spam folder. It also depends from web hosting provider, but usually as I noticed web hosting providers do not care about their blacklist problems.
Hello, Check your sever IP is black listed or not . Also if you are using any scripts for generating emails , make sure you must follow the standards. maker sure RDNS is also works.
