    well.. the question is..

    You need a dedicated server or just a shared hosting ?

    if need a shared webhosting... go with the following

    hostw.us
    santrex.net

    if need a dedicated server, go with worldstream.nl or ecatel.nl. This are the best ones out there for offshore hosting. If you tell me to choose.. i go with worldstream, cause better support and kind people to work with.
