Server transfer and now everything has gone kaput!

I have a WordPress blog hosted with dathorn.com. I got transferred to a new server because someone hacked into the one I was hosted on.

Prior to switching to the server, in my WordPress theme editor I had the themes listed a certain way. Now that I've been transferred it no longer lists the same way.

Here is a picture of what I'm talking about:

The one on the left was the way it used to look and the one on the right is the way it looks now.

If you have experience with PHP and server configurations, I'd be more than happy to pay just to have someone help me figure this out. I'd probably pay tops, $25.00-$50.00 USD Paypal if someone can actually help me recreate the problem and pin point it down to a fix.

I have only gotten the run around from my host blaming it on WordPress.

The thing is, I signed up for Host Gator, installed WordPress there, and the theme editor lists the exact way it used to list on my other host.

    Thank you in advance.

Last week, had all my sites transferred from one server to another.
Two of them were my blogs, wordpress.
    And not a problem!

So I would say your host company screwed up the transfer.
Or ask them what mysql they had on the old server and what mysql version they have on the new server.
Could be a problem if different versions.

Or just reinstall the particular wordpress file for the themes.
It may work (it did for me one time on the themes part when I screwed up the themes).

Does your site look okay? Work okay?

I've completely removed the account from WHM and recreated it and the problem still persists. The MySQL version did not change. Thanks for the help though.

What's wrong with the change in order? I mean I wouldn't care if the sorting of somethings changed. :p

It could be related to the modified date/created date and wordpress might be relying on some php/OS's native listing of files instead of sorting them in some way.
