server status monitoring service?

    Once I found a site that would monitor servers and create monthly report for free. You submit a domain and provide an email. It sends a request to your site every 30 minutes and at the end of month sends an email with a report.

    Now I have forgotten the address. Anybody knows a site with the same service?

    I do not know if they offer free accounts, but we use HyperSpin ourselves and we are very happy with their services. Way too much can happen in 30 minutes.
