Wanna ask about the server status in WHM which shows the server load and memory consumption
Is the number for server load (4 CPU) reflect the total CPU usage on the whole server (node) or it is just for my VPS ... and would you please explain to me what does it equal if I see my load 4 (Guaranteed CPU 208.8+ Mhz, Max CPU 2x3133.4Mhz) RAM consumption 80% (Guaranteed RAM 256+ MB, Max RAM 12GB)

Login to the main VPS control panel. The status you see in WHM is the entire node.

Would you please help me to know how much control do hosting companies have control over distribution the recourses of the node over different VPS packages on the node

Let s say we have 2 VPS on the same node each of them on different package :

VPS (A) with 200 Mgh CPU, 256 MB RAM garanteed
VPS (B) with 400 Mgh CPU, 512 MB RAM garanteed

On 12:00 PM VPS (A) needs more resources and they were available on the node .. let s say more 200 CPU and more 200 RAM ... the node will allocate the extra resource for it

After 1 second VPS (B) needs more resource but the nod now has no more resources to offer . is there any mechanism in this case to set the priority to the most guaranteed resources VPS package .. that s mean taking some resource back from VPS (A) and gives them to VPS (B)

There is a limit a VPS can burst up to. It all depends how the host set it to cap the speed. If the entire node is requesting for more speed, it will fall-back to the min speed and ram they are suppose to use.

Most VPS provider are using this.
