Server specs?

    Hello, I want to host a website in my own server, which I am willing to buy. Anyway, I have some questions:

    What are the specs that you recommend me to have? Suppose that each website has 1000 daily hits, in 3 websites maximum, based in PHP/MYSQL.

    What is the internet connection speed/bandwidth that I should get? (even if a VPS is cheaper, I don't care about the price)

    It is hard to suggest a dedicated server when a vps with the specs a 512-768mb ram is far from enough.

    If you are just running one website, get a VPS and install "LiteSpeed" (the free version) and you will have a blazing fast website.
