Server - Site - IP Setup help

    I have a VPS . I have 2 main IPs and 2 additional and 20 sites to setup
    The 2 ips are the main ips and dns.
    How is the best way to setup my site and in what ips to use?

    When I tried to setup the 4 first sites gone to 4 ips and all the rest go to the first main ip?

    Using two IPs, create two nameservers for any one domain of your choice at your domain registrar.

    For example:

    xxx.xx.xx.xxx NS1.YOURDOMAINOFCHOICE.COM &
    xxx.xx.xx.xxx NS2.YOURDOMAINOFCHOICE.COM

    Now set up all your twenty sites on the IP you used to create NS1.YOURDOMAINOFCHOICE.COM & set all their nameservers to NS1.YOURDOMAINOFCHOICE.COM & NS2.YOURDOMAINOFCHOICE.COM in that order.
